In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bdji", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the bdji platform, accessible at https://bdji.bio, and the entity operating it.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by bdji.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the bdji platform, which holds the player's BDT balance, transaction history, and personal verification data.

• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

bdji employs age verification procedures as part of the KYC process. The following general conditions apply to all bdji bonuses unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

Players who do not wish to accept a bonus should decline it at the point of offer or contact bdji support to have the bonus removed from their account before wagering commences. Once a bonus has been wagered against, it cannot be removed without the associated wagering requirement being completed or the relevant bonus balance being forfeited.

For sports betting markets, the following conditions apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation; the odds at confirmation are final.

bdji reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict betting on any market at any time and without advance notice, at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities:

• Automated access: Using bots, scripts, macros, screen-scraping tools, or any automated system to interact with the bdji platform in place of a human player.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, poker-style games, or any competitive format.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting promotional offers or odds discrepancies across markets or accounts in a manner that constitutes abuse of the bdji promotional system.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets using non-public information obtained through improper means, or in connection with any arrangement to fix or manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Money laundering: Using the bdji platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to disguise the origin of such funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an illegitimate chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment provider in respect of funds that have been genuinely deposited and used on the bdji platform.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical malfunctions to gain credits, winnings, or other benefits not intended by bdji.
• Third-party account use: Allowing another person to access and use your bdji account, or accessing another player's account on their behalf.

All content on the bdji platform — including but not limited to the bdji brand name, logo, website design, user interface layouts, written content, graphics, icons, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of bdji or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdji platform for their own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not confer any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any bdji content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any bdji software.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits bdji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful.

bdji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice where bdji has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The player is under the age of 18.
• The player's account has been used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• The account is subject to a court order, legal process, or regulatory direction requiring its restriction or closure.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their bdji account may do so at any time by contacting bdji support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any uncleared bonus funds not meeting applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

bdji aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours of receipt and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a complaint requires further investigation — for example, where it involves a disputed game outcome, payment dispute, or account security incident — the resolution period may be extended to 14 business days. All complaints should include the player's registered username, account email address, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction IDs, game round references, or screenshots. Providing complete information at the point of initial contact significantly reduces resolution time.
